Colostomy: So, Where's Your Bag?

I decided to refer to my ‘wearing a bag’ rather than carrying one as a result of a comment from my sister, Janice. I hadn’t seen her for some time and the first time I visited her after my operation she said, “So, where’s your bag?” I patted the left side of my tummy and told her it was tucked away out of sight so I didn’t have to worry what colour shoes to wear that matched! (Ok, so it's not a new joke...)
